Definition Some verbs do not show action. The most common non-action verb is "To Be". "To Be" indicates a state of existence or a state of being.

1 Saint Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland born in the fifth century.
2 St. Patrick was born in Scotland, Roman Britain in, circa AD 387 - 461.
3 AD - Anno Domini is now often referred to as the Common Era; CE.
4 The Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost are represented by the three leaves on the clover shamrock.
5 The shamrock is the symbol that St. Paddy used to teach about the Christian belief of the three divine persons in one God.
